What is Happee's Return, Cancellations and Exchange Policy?

At Happee, we understand how much you value your every purchase. And we are committed to making your shopping experience with us as delightful as possible.

Therefore, in the rare event that you are not fully satisfied with what you ordered, just return it to us. You can conveniently initiate the return online by sending us an e-mail to info@iamhappee.com and the title RETURN, followed by your order number. We will ensure you get a resolution as quickly as possible.

We assure you that all products sold on Happee are brand new and 100% genuine. In case the product you received is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described', our Returns policy has got you covered.

Happee's Return, Cancellations and Exchange Policy offers you the option to return or exchange items purchased on www.iamhappee.com within 15 days of receipt for INDIA and 25 days for International countries. In case of returns, we will credit the amount you paid for the products as credit into your respective bank/paypal account. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. The free exchange is available only in India at the moment. However, an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

  1. Only self-ship return allowed for items, the pickup facility will not be available.
  2. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box as well and returned), and should not be broken or tampered with.
  3. Only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
  4. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an Exchange by our logistics team.
  5. In case you had purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the item, maximum of Refunds/Free item MRP will be debited until the satisfactory receipt of all free gift(s)/offer item(s) that are shipped along with it.
  6. To self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service, with tracking. We cannot assure the product will reach our warehouse without the tracking.
  7. Once your return is received by us, you will be reimbursed Rs 100/- towards shipping costs per order/parcel, within India. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of this Policy.
  8. For International returns/exchange No reimbursements would be done towards any logistics support. For eg, custom duties, shipping charges etc.

 

What is Happee's 15/25 day return and exchange policy for domestic/international respectively? How does it work?

Happee's 15/25 day returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on www.iamhappee.com for any reason within 15 days of receipt of the item inside India or 25 days internationally. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.

Once we receive your return, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and if the product passes our quality check we will credit the amount you paid for the products as credit into your Happee account through a gift card. If you wish to receive a refund instead, please send an email with the following details from your registered email address to Info@iamhappee.com with mentioning in subject “Refund - Invoice number”. Please mentions these details in your mail.

  1. Order Number
  2. Bank Name
  3. Account Holder Name
  4. Bank Account Number
  5. Branch Address
  6. IFSC Code

You can exchange an item purchased from iamhappee.com for a new size or the original size for no extra charge. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain a credit refund and purchase the new item separately.

 

 When are returns not possible?

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns

- Return request is made outside the specified time frame.

- Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it

- Specific categories if mentioned already with the product or if they are freebies.

- Products which were on discount/sale.

- Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.

- Fragile items.

 

 

 

How long would it take me to receive the refund for my return?

We take 1-3 business day to initiate a NEFT transfer or 7 to 10 business days if it is an online refund after the returned item has reached us. Therefore, the refund time really depends on the time it takes the courier company to deliver the packet to the returns processing facility.

In case it is beyond the above, please send us a screenshot of your bank statement from the day the order was placed and we will expedite the refund. (NEFT - 1 Business day. Online Refund 7-10 Business days once the request is processed)

Cancellations and Modifications

What is IamHappee.com's Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel an order until it has been processed in our warehouse by sending us an email on info@iamhappee.com. This includes items purchased on sale. Any amount you paid will be credited back into your Bank account/Paypal account within given time..

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (shipped) it, by contacting us on email- info@iamhappee.com or  calling on +919571275684.

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

If you have selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, you will receive a refund in your bank account/paypal account . If you have made your payment using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or net banking and would like a refund to your bank account, please get in touch with us on our email – info@iamhappee.com

In case you have any doubt regarding which size you should purchase, kindly follow these steps to measure your foot, then check on the table below, the size which corresponds to the length of your foot in centimeters.

1. Standing up, place a sheet of paper under your foot. Draw the outline with a pencil.

2. With a measuring tape or ruler, measure the length of the foot, from the heel to the tip of the biggest toe.
