Guidelines for International Customers

In case you are buying from outside India, kindly notice:

-We offer FREE shipping on orders above 50USD and all scarves, irrespective of price or quantity.

- For orders below 50USD, shipping charges can be calculated and added at the checkout page.

- Our product prices do not include any local tax or duty that your country or customs might apply to it. 

- Our standard shipping is done by Indian Post, and take around 14 days to arrive, depending on the country. However, each country has a different timing for the shipment to be processed by local customs, therefore delays may occur.

-Our express international shipping is one by courier (air), and delivery time is estimated between 7-10 days. We are not responsible for delays in customs, and additional costs may be charged by the courier (DHL or FedEx) due to customs and local admin fees. Kindly check at your local respective courier office.

-Right now we deliver to 45 countries. In case you are not from these countries and would like to place an order, please contact us at info@iamhappee.com

-All of our shipments have tracking code. Tracking code will be sent to you after the shipment has been made.

-Our checkout is in USD, due to the fact we are an international platform. The prices on our website are shown in multiple currencies, but checkout can be done only in USD. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

 

Size Chart

In case you have any doubt regarding which size you should purchase, kindly follow these steps to measure your foot, then check on the table below, the size which corresponds to the length of your foot in centimeters.

1. Standing up, place a sheet of paper under your foot. Draw the outline with a pencil.

2. With a measuring tape or ruler, measure the length of the foot, from the heel to the tip of the biggest toe.

*Our ballerinas fit the foot comfortably. Mojaris, however, are a type of shoe which are naturally a little tighter, as they adjust to the foot upon wearing.

*This chart may vary a little from other charts, as there is no international standard for shoe sizes.
