About "HOW WE HELP"?

Can I know how much you contribute for supporting the kids, from the purchase I do?

Yes, of course we do. 2015-16 is our first year, where our initial target for the company is to sponsor fully 11 kids from the partner NGO where they need 12000 INR per kid which is divided in small divisions among the total sales approx. to 1000 shoes. So technically, from each pair you buy  we give away 2 USD from the purchase.

Please note, we really aim to sponsor as many kids we can, so that we can spread more and more happee-ness. We have just started , but we also have big dreams and big vision to spread happee-ness across the world.

Where are these kids from and why you chose these kids to be sponsored?

 Our initial partner, is Rays- ek asha ki kiran, an NGO which works for the better living of the kids who are HIV+ or their parents have it. This is a one of the best NGO’s in every sense present in Jaipur city,INDIA, where we are based in currently.

We chose this NGO as our initial partners, because we have complete faith in the management of this NGO and their people who work for this good cause and they really provide a good living to these kids out of the sponsored money. Also, we love the kids there, If you ever wish to meet these kids, you are most welcome.

Is it possible to get discount instead, if I don’t wish to contribute for sponsoring the kids?

We are sorry for it, but no, we do not offer any discount instead of this sponsor amount, as this is one of the important part of our foundation and existence from which we can’t compromise.

If I cancel my order, will you still sponsor the kid’s education?

Well, if you cancel your order, we will not deduct any amount for sponsoring the kids. It’s only associated if you actually buy the product.

Please note, we transfer the sponsored amount to the respective NGO only after one month of the order being processed, as to avoid any hassle, or circumstances which can occur during the return/exchange period of the product.


How can I pay for my order at

What is Cash on Delivery? (only within INDIA)

If you are not comfortable making an online payment on you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment method instead. With C-o-D you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online. All we want is to see you Happee.
The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment is ₹50,000. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. E-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used for C-o-D orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a C-o-D payment. Only Indian Rupees accepted.

How do I pay using a credit/debit card?

We accept payments made by credit/debit cards issued in India and almost all countries through Paypal payment gateway.

Please note, Paypal is a trusted payment gateway across the world, and is renowned for it’s services.

However, in worst case scenario, sometimes we and you can be unlucky, when your bank’s card is not accepted by Paypal.

Credit cards

We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express  and discover credit cards.

To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

Please note, currently we only work with Paypal only as our payment gateway.

Debit cards

We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards.

To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

How do I place a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) order? ( For India only)

All items that have the "Cash on Delivery Available" icon are valid for order by Cash on Delivery.

Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select "Pay By Cash on Delivery". Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.

Terms & Conditions:

The minimum and maximum order value for C-o-D is ₹599 and 20,000 respectively.

Cash-only payment at the time of delivery in Indian rupees, as our shipping partners don’t like foreign currency like we do. Please excuse us for the same.

Why can't I see the COD option on my payment page?

If you do not see a COD option on your payment page, this may be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. Your order value may be below Rs. 599 or over Rs. 20000.
  2. Our courier partners may not support a Cash on Delivery option to your delivery address.
  3. You may have placed another order using the COD option which is pending delivery. If the amount of this order when added to your current order exceeds Rs. 50000, then the COD option will be disabled.
  4. Or Your receiving address is from outside the country.

What should I do if my payment fails?

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery(COD) payment option on the payment page to place your order if you are ordering within INDIA , else you can check with us on customer service.

Are there any other charges (Octroi or Sales Tax) when I make a purchase on

Yes. We believe in transparency and being honest with you so if your order is placed for,within India, then on the checkout page you will be notified with CST/VAT which is currently charged on 14.5% rate for shoes and bags,however if you are placing order from outside INDIA , no indian sales tax would be there but other taxes/ custom duties of your respective country may be present for which rates will vary from country to country. Delivery charges may be extra depending on the order value.

I am being charged a VAT/CST amount on my order. What is it?

Value Added Tax (VAT) is an indirect tax under the Indian taxation system which is levied, based on consumption, by state governments. VAT will have to borne/paid by the ultimate consumer of the product if you are ordering from INDIA.

If I return the purchased product will the VAT/CST amount charged be refunded?

Yes. If you return the product the applicable VAT amount will also be refunded to your Happee cashback account.

If I cancel my order will the VAT/CST amount charged be refunded?

Yes. If you cancel the order, the applicable VAT/CST amount will also be refunded to you.


What can I do if the product is not available in my size?

Firstly, we regret this situation , if this happens, we will keep you posted through our mails about shoes and also you can send us a mail on about the same.

How are orders on delivered to me?

All orders placed on are dispatched through our own courier service - Mypacco Logistics only. We do not use Speed Post to deliver orders placed on

Does deliver products outside India?

Yes. At this point, delivers products almost all the parts of the world . Please check with the area codes with our service to know further.



Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we deliver to all the countries in the world except some disturbed countries.

What delivery methods does use?

We are working with Mypacco logistics services which provides us the platform to ship to as many countries as their company covers.

How soon will you dispatch my order?

We ship your products ,once we receive the order , we pass our quality check, then the order is shipped within 2-3 days. You will receive your tracking ID as soon as we process the order for shipping. 
Trust us, we are as excited as you are about your order , which makes not only you Happee but also us.

 How long does it take you to deliver?


When you order from our web-store, we ensure that the order gets processed at the earliest. We try to deliver our products within 3-4 working days to all major metro cities. However, the duration of the delivery can take up to 8-10 working days depending on your location.

For Internatonal :

When you order from our web-store, we ensure that the order gets processed at the earliest. After placing it for shipping, we give you your tracking ID for your order, which can give you approx. time for the delivery. However, the timelines may vary from one country to the other, from one city to the other city( for example if your city is capital or a metro city)

*Happee is not responsible for service transit time.

*Delivery time to the end user is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

What are your shipping charges?


Free Shipping on all orders above 1000 INR or respective amount in USD according to the rate at that time. If the order is lesser than 1000 INR or respective amount in USD according to the rate at that time, there will be additional charges which will be mentioned with the total billing amount. It may vary for different locations.

For International:

The rates vary from country and the location in country. You will be informed with the shipping rates whenever you process your order with us.

*Please note international shipping rates doesn't include the country import taxes or any other taxes associated with the respective country.

*Please note that there might be additional import duties, taxes, clearance charges etc. depending upon the laws of recipient’s country which must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. 

 Can you deliver my order to multiple addresses?

An order can be delivered only to one address. You can place another order for shipping to a different address.

Can you send the parcel with a lower value invoice or declare it as a Gift?

We are sorry we cannot do that as we are a leading and very transparent e-commerce company and we comply with the regulations. Please be aware that mentioning low value on invoice and such practices are being an outlaw. 

What do you mean by Custom duty Charges?

Custom duty is a tax levied by the custom authorities of every country on import of goods to raise revenue. Most of the time custom duty is charged on the basis of value of the goods, their weight, dimension or any other criteria specific to the product. Custom duty charges vary from country to country and item to item.

Why should I pay the custom duties?

Whenever an item crosses the international border, it is subject to custom duty charges and implied by the importing countries rules and regulations. Being a seller, we have no control over charges like Custom duty, import duty, VAT, clearance charges, etc. which are determined by the local government.


How do I track my order once it is shipped?

We do notify shipping details to our customers via an email once their order is shipped. The email carries a tracking ID using which you will be able to track your parcel at the carrier's website.

I have not received any order tracking details and it is later than I expected. What do I do now?

We normally send the order tracking details within 24 working hours after your order is shipped. If you haven't received your order tracking details even after 2 working days of order dispatch, write in a mail to us at, stating your name, order number, order date and query. We promise to assist at the earliest.

Tracking Number not working, what should I do now?

Usually tracking number gets activated within 24 hours after dispatching the package. If it is not showing even after 24 hours then kindly write to us with your Order number at and our customer care experts will do the needful for you on priority. 

The tracking for my order shows a delivery attempt but I wasn't able to accept my parcel. What do I do now?

Someone needs to be in when your parcel is due to be delivered as we may need a signature. Don’t worry if you aren’t there, as our carrier usually tries to deliver more than once. At the time of shipping, we inform you the name of the shipping company as well via email. You may get in touch with their local office.

My order hasn’t delivered yet even after multiple delivery attempts. What should I do ?

If the Courier Company has made the 3 delivery attempts and you weren’t able to accept your package then they will abandon or destroy the shipment at the destination. However we would recommend you to contact local courier office along with your tracking number for the alternate delivery instructions.
Please be aware that once the Courier Company destroy or abandon your shipment then we will not be responsible for anything.
