Happee and Comfortable Shoes

September 08, 2015

If your feet are a pain in your life, take a look at the shoes that you are wearing. Do you spend your days wearing high heels? Do your shoes really fit? Are they comfortable? When was the last time you had your feet measured before you bought a new pair of shoes? High heel shoes and improperly fitted shoes can cause health problems such as bunions, heel pain, severe rashes, and deformed toes, as well as nerve damage.

A survey completed in 1993 found that most women are tired of wearing shoes that hurt their feet. The women in the survey paid from $50 to $200 for the shoes that hurt them. Not only does wearing improper shoes hurt your feet, as knee problems can also arise from wearing such shoes.

Every person has probably bought in her lifetime shoes which were beautiful , but extremely uncomfortable. High heels, lack of cushioning, tight toes - there is a variety of reasons why some shoes can be a wrong choice, but we are committed at making shoes which are comfortable, and to improve in quality every time.

Not only nice looking, we intend to make shoes which are perfectly wearable as well.

Now why you should trust Happee Shoes?
Check out below some of the benefits of the Happee shoe (mojari and ballerina):

Mojari shoes

Comfortable Happee Shoes

1 - Traditionally, mojaris do not have an inner sole, which makes the stitches visible, which might hurt the foot. We added an inner sole for better finishing and comfort.

2 - We added a layer of cushioning in the sole, for extra comfort.

3 - Our mojaris are all embroidered, either with beads or thread. It's an exclusive design not available anywhere else, and unique color combinations that will stand out from regular mojaris.

4 - The outer sole is made in natural leather, and hand stitched by Indian artisans, following the traditional craftsmanship. The stitches are slightly visible on the inside of the shoe, emphasizing the hand work

5 - Our mojaris are made with high quality material, meant to last a lot longer than regular ones. All of our products cater not only an Indian audience, but international markets as well, and therefore are made with international quality.

Ballerina Shoes

 Comfortable Happee Shoes

1 - All of our ballerinas have a cushioned inner sole, to provide you more comfort.

2 - Our ballerinas are embroidered with beads or thread, bringing an innovation on shoes, and supporting manual work and the beautiful traditions of embroidery.

3 - We leave a gap of 1cm between the tip of the shoe and the start of the embroidery, so the embroidery does not get damaged easily while walking.

4 - Our ballerinas have a small heel of 1cm and, just like our mojaris, are made according to international standards.

Here is something important about your shoe sizing, which can solve your major problems regarding foot pain:

Selecting properly fitting shoes is the first step to eliminating foot pain. Don't pick your shoes because the tag says they are your size--try them on and buy them based on how they fit on your foot. When buying online and fitting is not possible in advance, always check the size chart provided by the website. If you haven't had your foot measured in five years or more, you should measure the next time before you buy shoes; feet can change size and shape over the years. And don't measure just one foot--measure both feet. Your feet may have  slightly different sizes and you should buy your shoes to fit the larger foot. At our table chart, we teach you how to properly measure your feet.

Buy your shoes late in the day when your feet may be slightly larger. If your shoes fit properly, there will be 3/8" to 1/2" of space between the end of your longest toe and the tip of your shoe when you are standing up. Don't expect a tight pair of shoes to stretch to fit your foot, if you do--you are asking for foot pain later on. Shoes should have rounded toes that allow your toes room to 'wiggle.' The pointed shoes of the past often left women with toes that overlapped and created extreme pain for women later in life.

*The Brazilian sizes are already converted in the Portuguese version of the website.

*Our ballerinas fit the foot comfortably. Mojaris, however, are a type of shoe which are naturally a little tighter, as they adjust to the foot upon wearing.

*This chart may vary a little from other charts, as there is no international standard for shoe sizes.
